BUSINESS CONDITIONS

Goods have been registered with FDA in USA.Goods are in conformity with the European Directive 93/42/EEC-Medical Devices.
Min.quantity of each shipment of ophthalmic lenses is 5,000 pairs(10000pcs) for mineral lens and 3000prs (6000pcs) for hard resin lens.
Goods can be packed in the seller's envelops which show in this catalog without mentioning the seller's information.Provided the quantity of each shipment not less than 20,000pairs, the seller can pack goods with the buyer' s appointed envelopes free of charge ( one free design for every 20,000 pairs).
Usually commercial invoice, packing list, detailed packing list and bill of loading ( air waybill ) will be submitted by the seller under each shipment.Insurance policy will be submitted when the transaction is made on CIF basis. The following certificate of origin can be also submitted by the buyer's option.
Certificate of origin approved by CCPIT-China Council for the protection of international trade ( china chamber of international commerce )
Certificate of origin (GSP Form-A) approved by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine bureau of P.R.China.
The following payment terms can be accepted by the seller.
By irrevocable L/C at sight , provide the covering L/C reaches the seller on time and remains valid for the negotiation in China until the 21stday after shipment.
30% by T/T before production,70% balance payment to be completed by T/T before shipment.
